After shelving his lifelong dreams of becoming a professional skier, Zander started working in mortgage in NYC in 2002. He quickly learned that if you can get a deal closed in Manhattan, you can get a deal closed anywhere. Missing Barton Springs, Tex Mex & BBQ, he moved back to Austin, TX in 2004 and joined one of PrimeLending's most successful branches, located on W. 6th St. Since then he has helped more than a thousand families in the Austin area and throughout the country with all things home loans. A dedication to great service and market knowledge has helped Zander become one of the company's most consistently producing mortgage specialists over the past 20 years. He has continuously been named a top 1% Mortgage Originator by Mortgage Executive Magazine and Austin Business Journal’s Top 25 Originators in Austin. A graduate of the University of Texas and a proud Longhorn, Zander and his wife, Ashley, have 3 children. Their son, Laszlo and 2 daughters Circe and Penelope.

Customer service is part of Stephanie’s DNA. She has spent the last 6+ years assisting people with one of the most important financial decisions they will likely ever make. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, Stephanie worked in the healthcare field with children and their families. It genuinely brings her joy when she is able to make a difference in others’ lives, which is why she’s so passionate about helping people finance their dream home. With her incredible eye for detail, Stephanie has the innate ability to find the perfect mortgage to fit her customer’s needs. In 2021, she helped the Blunt Team reach nearly $200m in volume and continues to be a responsive, reliable, relationship builder that her customers can truly count on. Stephanie is a Texas native who grew up in Lake Jackson before moving to Austin. Being a die-hard Longhorn and sports fan, she attended The University of Texas where she met and married her best friend, Cameron. After graduating, they planted roots in Austin where they raise their two beautiful children, Henry and Abigail. When she’s not hard at work on your loan, Stephanie enjoys all things food and wine related, traveling, and being outdoors with her family.

As a native Austinite, Nathan has a widespread knowledge about the Central Texas market and its surrounding areas.  He has seen the growth firsthand that Austin has experienced, evolving from a quiet college town to the booming economic epicenter of Texas it now is.  Nathan decided to attend the University of San Diego, becoming the first member of his family not to attend the University of Texas. There, he studied finance and sociology.   After graduating from USD he felt the draw of Austin and moved back to be closer to his family. In 2013, Nathan  met his beautiful wife Delaney, who is also in the industry as a real estate agent in the downtown area. Together they have 2 four-legged children, their cats.  With his free time, Nathan enjoys getting out and playing golf with his friends and BBQ. That's why you can find him either on the course or with his wife a their favorite local Tex-Mex spot.
